Carrefour Spin Day – Thanks to all the team at Carrefour who kindly raised £181.00 for Manx Cancer Help in November.  Carrefour are celebrating their 10th year and have announced that Manx Cancer Help will be on of their chosen charities for 2012, so watch out for plenty of fitness day in 2012, beginners welcome !
